Makinde Swears in 48 Permanent Secretaries

Oyo State Governor Engineer Seyi Makinde has sworn in 48 new permanent Secretaries into the state civil service, emphasizing the need for efficiency and productivity in the public sector.

The Governor swore in the Permanent Secretaries during a special event held at the Executive Chambers of the governor's office Agodi Ibadan. While Addressing the new Permanent Secretaries, the Governor said the appointees went through a rigorous selection process before they were appointed to fill the vacancies.

He charge the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries to excel in their roles and justify their appointment, while reiterating that the state would continue to recognize and promote outstanding individuals in the Education sector and Local Government service in the state.
